Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

So, after our team (team, not clan) won second place in the scavenger hunt, it was now time for the mass battle. More fun than the hunt, but surprisingly not much more to say, there was more to the scavenger hunt than this. Anyway, this time, it was a battle between clans, until one clan member or just one clan was left standing. This was my personal highlight of the while Live Action Role Play. Our clan, the crab clan did pretty good. But we did not win. We were one of three tribes left standing when it came down to the last three still fighting. And I was one of two crabs left standing after all our other crab memebers were taken out. We each got a character sheet and drew cards. The status/number of the card and our stats determined how well we defended or attacked. Ace was lowest, king was highest. I mean, we didn't actually fight with physical contact, although that would've been cool, I'd have won hands down ^^ Well, the clan we get along with most, the unicorn clan, ended up winning. And they had only one guy left and he was the Topaz champion in the end. He earned himself a place with the heads of the role play. I stayed till the end. And for a miniature event at the end of the role play, we voted on who the best role player of the game was. Our crab clan leader (who I mentioned earlier was a major hottie) tied for first with someone else. And thats about it. She was great in character. During the role play, she demonstrated her skills by taking down another clan leader ^^ fun times. Oh I only spent like five minutes in the rave. I wish I could twirl lights, WITHOUT them breaking off and sent flying to someone's head. Yeah, did that last year at Izumi-con AND at Naka-kon.

So about Thanksgiving. First time having one with the LEAST amount of family members. Jake, my step-dad's lively friend came over. My grandparents came over. And since it was my uncle Lynn's birthday, he came over for cake. That was all the people we had, besides me, David, Mom, and Samuel. Thats....eight people. Lynn stayed later than anyone else and we watched anime. One episode of Basilisk and Hell Girl. Usually I'm over at his house. Anyway, after he left it was back to being a normal day. It was a rather nice day. Tranquil, cold, gentle breeze (even though it was freezing), everything felt so....distant after that. You ever get that feeling.

Anyway, going now. Christmas spent with good friends of mine will be coming up soon. Like last year ^^ After that, its new years. Lots of....things coming up huh. After that, well I won't be around much probably. See everyone later.
